• We accept all orders within Singapore at the moment be it self-collection or delivery.  For overseas orders, kindly contact us via email or whatsapp.

• Orders can be place online via our website or through phone call / whatsapp.

• We accept cash (self-collection), credit card and fund transfer (via PayNow or ATM).

• Delivery arrangement will be made after verification of payment receipt.

• We will only accept returns or refund within 7 days of purchase if goods are in un-open condition on a case by case basis.

Orders above $120 will get to enjoy a free door to door courier delivery service to any one (1) location in Singapore.  For orders below that amount, a fee of $4 will apply.  Remote or hard to reach locations (our discretion) will be excluded.

Delivery duration is usually 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

For purchase of small, non-glass items (max 3 pieces and less than 2kg), we can send it by normal mail for a charge of $2.00 (we try to follow the latest local postage rates).

Do note that since it is non-registered mail, we cannot be held liable in the event of lost package.
